The 2007 Swashbuckler Ball was a Phantastic Pirate Night for 9 CRPHC Volunteers and one CRPHC guest, who served appetizers, wine, water and 650 Key Lime Pie & Goombay Shots to the crowd of 550 colorful priate and wench guests. Woody sold raffle tickets at one of the chaity booth. Carol Ann & Bill served food inthe appetizer line. Tara, Natalie, Toni & Pat served water and wine. Greg, John and Karen "Polly Parrot" manned the club table and we all helped cleanup afterward. The Raggae Band "Sweet Justice" entertained as pirates and wenches danced under the beautifully decorated giant tent at a the Florida Oceanographic Society grounds on South Hutchinson Island. The fund-raiser included auctions and raffles in hopes of raising $250,000 for the organization. A PHUN TIME was had by all Parrotheads!
In 2005, Parrotheads also volunteered at the Swashbuckler Ball!
Pat, Greg and Dolores were among many Parrotheads who volunteered at the pirate-style dinner and auction at the Evinrude estate in Jensen Beach that raised $200,000 for the Florida Oceanographic Society.
